He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy N Forsyth and Eva Holder Forsyth; his wife Marie Robinson Forsyth; and his siblings, Robert Forsyth (Susie), Eugene Forsyth, Gordon Forsyth (Sarah), Wilma Gladden (Buren), Elizabeth Hayes (David) and Pauline Hayes (Shorty).
He is survived by: his sons, Jon Forsyth (Debbie), Gary Forsyth and Lee Forsyth (Tammy); his grandchildren, Matt Forsyth (Candice), Tyler Forsyth, Emily Forsyth, Emerson Forsyth and Brittany Waters (Nic); his great grandchildren, Jud, Tate, Ace Forsyth and Jhett Brantley; his grandsons, Jon, Gary and Lee; his grandson-in-law Nic Waters; and his caregivers, Terry Singleton, Helen Cole, Nancy Waddell, Polly Gibson, Betty Costlow, Sandi Atkins and Tish Burkhalter.
