He is survived by: his wife Beth Head; his children, Chad Brewer (Bonnie), Bryan Bridges (Buffy) and Ben Head (Kelli); his grandchildren, Reagan Brewer, Sawyer Brewer, Zach Bridges and John Carter Head; and his siblings, Russ Shaver (Linda), David Sullivan (Penny) and Timmy Head. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
