It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Dutton of Rockmart, Georgia, born in Dallas, Georgia, who passed away on June 15, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Wood and Burtia Wood. She is survived by: her husband Trenton Dutton; her children, Ricky Dutton of Dallas, GA, Robert Dutton (Bobby) of Dallas, GA, Treva Gulledge (Ronald) of Dallas, GA and Shelbie Kelly (Dutton) of Dallas, GA; and her siblings, Randy Wood of Haralson County, GA, Betty Pace (Wood) of Dallas, GA and Mary Florence Hayes (Wood) of Haralson County, GA. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
The family would like to extend their love and appreciation to everyone who will not be able to attend the service or visitation in person due to the State's Covid-19 restrictions. (No more than 50 people inside the funeral home at one time).
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully asks that donations be made to The American Cancer Society in loving memory of Mrs. Dutton.
