He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Bailey and Mamie Rea Hayes Bailey; and his brothers, James Paul Bailey and Bob Eugene Bailey. He is survived by: his children, Eddie Bailey, Jason Bailey, Mamie Harris (Jason) and Dale Bailey (Lisa). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; one great-grandson; and several nieces and nephews.
