He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Perry and Ottis Farmer Woods; his brothers, Melvin "Bill" and Charles "Charlie" Woods; and his son Beau Woods.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Noland Woods of Rockmart, GA; his sons, Brent Woods (Mary Beth) of Plains, KS and Brandon Woods (Nancy) of Rockmart, GA.; his grandchildren, Adeline Woods, Emmett Woods, Audy Woods, Cason Woods and Ethan Woods; and his sister Betty Sue Shedd of Rockmart, GA.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully asks that memorial donations be made to Rockmart First Baptist Church in loving memory of Mr. Woods.
