He was predeceased by: his parents, William Rowell and Margie Hulsey Rowell; and his grandmother Leila Floyd. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Caldwell Rowell; his children, Scott (Rachel Rowell), Casey (Stephanie Rowell) and Jennifer Rowell of Rockmart; his grandchildren, Eric Rowell, Nicole Rowell and Grayce Rowell; his stepgranddaughters, Heidi and Grace Vanderboom; and his great grandchildren, Ben, Nathan and Aiden Rowell. He is also survived by Several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
