He was predeceased by: his parents, Eloise Fincher and Josh Fincher; his child Cammie Mae Fincher; his siblings, Vickie Smith, Glenda Earwood, Randall Fincher and Wayne Fincher; and his brothers-in-law, Johnny Pinkard, Willard Earwood, Bennie McCown and Jackie Robinson.
He is survived by: his wife Marcia Paulette Fincher; his son James; his daughter-in-law Wendy Fincher of Rockmart; his daughter Tina; his son-in-law Jonathan Bartleson of Rome; his grandchildren, Tyler, Sierra, Sadie Fincher, Aaron, Emily and Leah Bartleson; and his siblings, Wendall Fincher, Richard Fincher, Nancy Pinkard and Lynn Warren. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
