He was predeceased by: his parents, Freeman Kelly Ballard (Bill) and Martha Dover Ballard; and his son-in-law Ronny Summerville of Rockmart, Georgia.. He is survived by: his daughters, Peggy Lee Stephenson (Buddy), Miranda Kelly Atkins (Ricky) and Lisa Michelle Summerville. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
