She is survived by: her husband Sumter "Buzz" Nelson; her daughter Cynthia Denise Harvel; her grandson Zachery Nelson Harvel; and her sisters, Elizabeth "Libby" Sanders King and Charlotte Sanders Wright (Rob). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
