She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Holladay and Myrtle Holladay; and her brothers, Reginald Holladay and Billy Holladay. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Phillips; her children, Beth Sullivan (David) of Oxford, David Phillips (Cindy) of Chicago and Teri Gordon (Hugh) of Acworth; her grandchildren, Seth, Zack, Nicholas, Ryan, Jonathan, Sarah and Rebecca; her great grandchildren, Braiden, Austin, Samuel and David; her nieces, Ann Luther, Wanda Johnson and June Jarkey; and her nephew Russell Holladay.
Flowers are welcomed as well as Memorial Donations in the name of Bette Phillips to Abbey Hospice Foundation.
