She was predeceased by: her parents, Joel L. McCown and Julia White McCown; her husband James Williams "Jim" Mooney; and her siblings, Joyce Waters, Sue Ferguson and William McCown.
She is survived by: her daughter Joanne Hutchins; and her grandson Christopher Hutchins. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of the Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home (304 W Elm St, Rockmart, GA 30153). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
