With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Audrey Lavenia Hannah Sorrells (Rockmart, Georgia), born in Cedartown, Georgia, who passed away on October 24, 2020 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Bunyan Hannah and Audrey Bonnie Terry Hannah; her brothers, Joshua Theodore Hannah and John Robert Hannah; and her nieces, Deborah Gazaway and Gayle Carroll.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry Sorrells; her siblings, Ellen Richardson of Largo, FL, Mary Nelle Blalock (James "Lem") and Terry Hannah (Jerri); her sister-in-law Betty Morris Hannah; and her nieces and nephews, Beth Smith, Kaye Morgan, Bonnie Blalock, Sarah Hannah, Mark Hannah, Timothy Hannah, Lori Freeman, Eddie Williams, Tracey Franklin, Carol Wood, Darrell Sorrells, Steve Sorrells, Forrest Sorrells and Claire Sorrells-Twarty. She is also survived by numerous great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
Social distancing guidelines will be followed and facial coverings are recommended.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may by made to the American Cancer Society or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in memory of Mrs. Sorrells.
