She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Austin and Eula Tomlin Austin; her husband Bobby Joe Phillips; her son Zachary Phillips; and her siblings, Stanley Austin, Kenneth Austin, Dean Austin, Gene Austin, Paulene Noland and Barbara Gore.
She is survived by: her daughter Kitzi Underhill (David); and her grandchildren, Whitney Harkins (Sean), Meagan Jernigan (Brandon), Amy Underhill, Scott Phillips (Shena), Austin Phillips (Janna), Misty Rinehart (Joey), Mark Rinehart (Abby) and Kristy Helton (Ben). She is also survived by Twelve great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Rockmart Second Baptist Church (112 S Piedmont Ave, Rockmart, GA 30153). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at the Rockmart Memorial Gardens (Rockmart, GA 30153).
