He was predeceased by: his father Jimmy Carter, Sr.; his stepfather James Stroup (Jimmy); his brother Jimmy Carter, Jr.; and his sister-in-law Michelle Carter. He is survived by: his mother Sylvia Carter; his wife Angela Waters; his siblings, Sammy Chastain, Dale Chastain and Margie Carter; his adoptive mother Barbara Waters; his niece Nicole Whitlock; and his nephew Dale Carter.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Clark Funeral Home (4373 Atlanta Hwy, Hiram, GA 30141). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Sam Clark Chapel (4373 Atlanta Hwy, Hiram, GA 30141).
