She was predeceased by: her parents, George Garfield and Mattie B. Dorsett Cochran; her former husband Jimmy Cain; and her siblings, Bobby Chapman, George Cochran, Jr., Harold Cochran, Louise George, Leola Smith, Viola Campbell, Ailene Gober and Jean Hefner.
She is survived by: her husband Alfred Lee Potts; her children, Tina Cain of Douglasville, Ed (Cherie Cain), Anthony (Renee Cain), Judy (Wes Childers) and Mike (Dana Clark); her sisters, Ruth Thomas of Hiram, Mattie "Tootsie" Blair of Jasper, Annette Cochran of Jasper and Carolyn Giles of Jasper; and her grandchildren, Nicki, Scott, Tiffany, Shawn, Taylor, LaDawn, Destiny, Eric, Lance, Tyler, Zachary, Jonathan, Josh, Isaac, Seth, Sanford and Elizabeth. She is also survived by great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
