He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Martine Hilton and Erma Mae Shoaf Hilton; and his brother Roy Donald Hilton. He is survived by: his children, Eric Christopher Hilton, Amber Hilton Stokes, Emma Gayle Barnes (Austin Barnes) and Dwight Lee Hilton (Emma Hayworth Hilton); his former wife Nicole "Nicki" Fulford Hilton; his spouse Charles Bradly "Brad" Stokes; his sons, Ethan Bradley and Liam Patrick Stokes; and his great grandchildren, Nathan Daniel and Cassidy Marie. He is also survived by close friends and family.

Benny's family requests that memorial contributions be made to Hospice of the Piedmont.
