She is survived by : her husband Jeremiah Moore; her children, Madison Kendall, Jacob Kendall, Clay Moore and Rayleigh Moore; her father Ray Kingsley; and her siblings, Cindy Adamson (Brian), Tina Cook (Tim) and Mitchell Kingsley (Cindy). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
