He is survived by: his children, Patrick Wayne Chastain (Angelia) of LaFayette, GA, Candy Katherine Housley (Jeff) of Rock Spring, GA and Brandy Breanna Norton (Tracy) of Rock Spring, GA; his sisters, Wanda Clark (Steve) of Rock Spring, GA, Sandra Ellis (Joe Smith) of Rock Spring, GA and Linda Jordy (Henry) of Rock Spring, GA; his grandchildren, Cheyanne Reaves (Hunter), Nicholas Chastain (Angela), Madison Housley, Adrianna Chastain, Logan Housley and Alexis Chastain; and his great grandchildren, Oakley Chastain, Adaley Chastain, Nolan Reaves and Theo Wayne Housley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
