He was predeceased by: his parents, Ovid Carlton and Gertrude Carlton; and his brother Roger Carlton. He is survived by: his wife Edna Carlton; his sons, Randy Carlton of Bethlehem, GA, Jimmy Carlton (Tyra) of Rock Spring, GA and Tommy Carlton of Knoxville, TN; his siblings, Patricia Lowrance (Dean) of Lookout Mountain, GA, Karen Webb of Rock Spring, GA and Johnny Carlton of Marietta, GA; his grandchildren, David, Casey, Garrett, Evan, Jacob and Parker Carlton; and his great grandchild Isaac Carlton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
