She was predeceased by : her mother Annie Mae Swafford; her husband Richard Kay; her siblings, Harold, Houston, Ray Swafford, Mary Lou Clark and Bessie Pritchett; and her son-in-law Joe Morton.

She is survived by : her children, Sandra Morton and Sammy Kay (Diane); her sister Annie Ruth Stoker; her grandchildren, Heath Morton (Julie) and Jennifer Jones (Davin); and her great grandchildren, Mason Jones, Morgan Jones, Micah Jones, Libby Morton and Charlie Morton.
