He is survived by: his daughter Renea Dyer; his grandson Leo of Rock Spring, GA; his sisters, Linda Holman (Q. T. Morphis) of East Ridge, TN, Connie Moore (Steve) of Soddy Daisy, TN, Patricia Driver (Mike) of Rossville, GA and Carolyn Turner (Clyde) of West Virginia; and his caregiver Kay Jenkins.
