It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Randall Eugene Phillips of Rock Spring, Georgia, who passed away at the age of 72, on January 26, 2024. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Eugene and Mary Eloise Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Pasty A. Phillips (Guffey); his sons, Michael Phillips (Laura) of Rossville, GA and Marty Phillips (Angie) of Rock Spring, GA; his siblings, Mark Phillips and Donna Phillips; his grandchildren, Alex, Dylan, Haley, Haydon and Leigh; and his great grandchild Waylon. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
