He was predeceased by : his parents, Ronald Eugene and Mary Eloise Phillips. He is survived by : his wife Pasty A. Phillips (Guffey); his sons, Michael Phillips (Laura) of Rossville, GA and Marty Phillips (Angie) of Rock Spring, GA; his siblings, Mark Phillips and Donna Phillips; his grandchildren, Alex, Dylan, Haley, Haydon and Leigh; and his great grandchild Waylon. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
