He is survived by: his children, Janet Clark, Johnny Mullinax, Jerry Mullinax, Jeffrey Mullinax, Debbie Davis (Kirk) and William Ryans (Mary Beth); his grandchildren, Steaven Clark, Jason Daverson, Andrea Davis, Hope Davis, Mindy Waters, Jesse Mullinax and Gary Mullinax; and his great grandchildren, Ethan, Ally Clark, Hunter Brown, Jamie Daverson, Abel Waters and Desmond Mullinax.
