He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Cooper and Eula Mae Cooper; his daughter Angela Cooper; and his brothers, Harvey Cooper (Penny) and Bob Cooper (Martha).
He is survived by: his wife Janice; his daughter Kim Sievers (Shawn); his grandson RJ Sievers; and his siblings, Jack Cooper (Lynda) and Darlene Mitchell (Mike). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
