He was predeceased by: his parents, Edna Anna (Shuber) and John Henry Starry; and his sister-in-law Joan. He is survived by: his close friend Carol Merle Hodges; his children, Tammy (Richard), Kevin and Kurt (Teri); his grandchildren, Jacquie, Jessi (Brian), Nate, Chaunteau (Jake), Jamie and Jimmy; his siblings, Dick (Becky), Jack and Pat (Denny); and his nieces and nephews, Stephanie, Rich, Corey, Scott, Todd, Debbie, Jeff and Jenny. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
