He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank Tipton and Elizabeth Kratzer Tipton. his wife Debbie Carter Tipton; sister Carol Bowdon, and brother Robert Tipton, He is survived by sister Ingrid Ada, sister Shirley Qureshi, sister Linda Million, and brother Kenny Tipton. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
