He is survived by: his spouse Lela Lee Holloway Eubanks; his children, Darlene Cooper, Cathy Knight, Melissa Butler, Mitchell Eubanks and Daniel Eubanks (Christiana); his great grandchildren, Ryan Butler and Aaron Pursley; and his siblings, Carolyn Taylor, Marilyn Garey and Don Eubanks. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
