He was predeceased by: his mother Linda Turnipseed; his grandmothers, Glenna Henegar and Betty Minnis; and his cousin Andrew Bankston. He is survived by: his son David Jacob Henegar; his siblings, Wanda Smith (Doug Gaskill), Joey Turnipseed (Janice) and Betty Wade (Rick); his grandson Dakota Cash; and his nieces and nephews, Eric Smith (Amber), Chris Blevins, Branden Walker, Kristen Bland and Joshua Lewis.
