He was predeceased by: his mother Inez Palmer Fouts; his adoptive parents, James "Jim" and Bessie Massey Fouts; his sister Lucille Bailey; his niece Lilly Mae Cline; and his grandsons, Christopher Spears and Daniel Fouts.
He is survived by: his wife Gracie Yvonne Mullis Fouts; his children, Kim Ingram (Joseph), Bart Fouts and Jan Spears (Daniel); his grandchildren, Betsy Campbell (James), Alan Spears (Brooke), Alex Ingram (Rebecca), Cody Spears and Eli Ingram; and his sister Jean Fouts Smith. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and their children.
There will be no memorial service due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
