She was predeceased by: her parents, Sarah Evelyn Bailey and William Henry Phillips; her son George Glen Tippins, Jr.; and her siblings, Lee, Oscar (Elmer), James, Raymond, Malone (Pete), Charles (Bo), Cindy, Ruth, Margie and Mary Jane.
She is survived by: her son Clifford Tippins; her grandchildren, Christopher Tippins, Dustin Tippins (Colleen Tippins), Erica Tippins and Haley Tippins; her great grandchildren, Connor Tippins, Rylan Jones, Rhett Jones, Cason Tippins, Christian Tippins and Emma Grace Tippins; and her siblings, Henry, Mae and Penelope (Penny).
Flowers will be accepted or you may make donations to the Rochelle United Methodist Church or the Friends of Morningside Cemetery.
