He is survived by: his wife Agnes Bloodworth of Rochelle; his children, Michael Bloodworth (Renea) of Rochelle and Katrina Blake (Wayne) of Pineview; his siblings, Kenneth Bloodworth (Joy) of Rochelle, Wayne Bloodworth (Julie) of Pineview, Marty Bloodworth (Kim) of Rochelle, Cindy Walls (Billy) of Pineview, Donna Stripling (Hobby) of Cordele, Chris Sercer (Jerry) of Rochelle and Celia McGlamory (Chuck) of Abbeville; and his grandchildren, Taylor Bloodworth, Chris Bloodworth, Logan, Lauren and Dawson Blake.
