He is survived by: his wife Vickie Gibbs Brown; his children, Carrie Owens (Jake) and Jacob Gibbs Brown; his grandchildren, Cooper, Libba and Lottie Grace; and his siblings, Peggy Thomas, Ray Brown, Lesia Hogan and Linda Shannon.
