It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edith Williamson James (Rochelle, Georgia), born in Fitzgerald, Georgia, who passed away on March 6, 2018, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, Ange Brown of Abbeville, Melissa, Gary Gayton of Fitzgerald, Greg and Christine James of Fitzgerald; her sisters, Marcia W. Parks of Rochelle, Judy W. Hannah of Rochelle and Linda W. Carver; and her sisters-in-law, Frances Gibbs of Fitzgerald, Betty James of Fitzgerald, Lillian Cleghorn of Apopka and JoAnn White of Fitzgerald. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
