He was predeceased by: his parents, David A. Moore and Inez Oliver Moore; and his brothers, Tim and Claude Moore. He is survived by: his close friend Cedric McCall; his wife Janice Payne Moore; his children, Tim Moore (Lori), Rebecca Garrett (Jon), Mary Williamson (Chris) and Daniel Moore; and his grandchildren, Marlee, Maggie Moore, Ryan, Braxton, Bethany Garrett, Sadee and Adalyn Williamson.
