She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest J. Gibbs and Kate Helms Gibbs; her husband James Arnett, Jr.; her daughter Tammie Harrison; her brothers, Randy, Harlan and Terry Gibbs; and her niece Darlene Caruthers.
She is survived by: her son David Snelgrove (Sheene); her siblings, Rodney Gibbs (Betty Ann), Jerry Gibbs, Michael Gibbs and Glenda Lewis; and her sisters-in-law, Frances Ross, Bobbie Gibbs and Linda Gibbs. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
