It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara D. Jackson of Rochelle, Georgia, born in Nashville, Tennessee, who passed away on December 13, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Dennis Dover; her husband Walter Jackson; her son Dolton Smith; and her siblings, Mary Humphries and Jerry Dover.
She is survived by: her daughter Leigh Anne Cooper (Dennis); her grandchildren, Bailey Clements, Haven Clements, Clayton Cooper (Ricki), Kyle Cooper and Jacob Cooper (Michelle); her great grandchildren, Chloee Dupree (Nolan), Sissy Cooper, Kylie Cooper, Cody Cooper, Brayden Wright, Camden Morgan and Mason Cooper; and her pet Ruby.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donation be made to the Friends of Morningside Cemetery Trust Fund, P.O. Box 156, Rochelle, GA 31079, or to a favorite charity.
