He was predeceased by: his parents, Dolphus Taylor and Euchie Edwards Taylor; and his siblings, Ishmael, Curtis, John, Paul, Bobby, Francis Ethridge and Violet Barkley.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Wright Taylor; his children, Ronnie Taylor of Roberta, Pat Taylor of Roberta and Brenda Lucas of Macon; his grandchildren, Kory Bentley, Breanna Bentley and Destiny Lucas; and his sisters, Alice Long of Byron and Wynelle Hanner of Byron.
