He was predeceased by: his wife Helen Holder; and his daughter Janet Spence. He is survived by: his children, Cathy Suggs of Florida, James Holder of Roberta and Donald Holder (Margaret) of Roberta; his siblings, Bernice Doyle, Edith Massey, Geraldine Slaughter, Tincy Cook and Elmer Holder; and his grandchildren, Stacey Suggs, Jesse Suggs, Kimberly Brantley, Jennifer Brantley, Jamie Brantley, Donald Holder, II, Rebecca Adams, Rachel Smith, Ashley Rhodes and Joshua Duke. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
