He is survived by: his sons, Drake Hortman of Roberta and Brad Hortman (Shelvie) of Reynolds; his grandchildren, Jordan Martin (Corbin) of Macon, Nicholas Hortman of Roberta, Ryan Hortman of California, Wesley Hortman of Reynolds, Chase Hortman of Reynolds and Savanna Hortman of Reynolds; and his great grandchildren, Remington and Colton Hortman. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
