He was predeceased by: his parents, Donnie Turner and Frances Turner; and his sisters, Annette and Karen. He is survived by: his wife Ramona "Mona" Turner; his daughter Jamie Skinner (Matthew); his sister Debra Lord (Ron); his grandchildren, Kelsey, Nathaniel, Kaylee and Noah; and his great grandchild Emersyn Miller. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
