She is survived by: her son Adrian J. Culbreath; her granddaughters, Ailani, Amelia and Arielle; and her siblings, Alphonzo D. Culbreath (Jeanette), Ludie J. Culbreath, Berndine Stewart, Patricia Culbreath and Betty Kirkpatrick. She is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
