He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Cook and Louise Cook; and his brothers, Michael and Steven Cook. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Lorraine Moore; his children, Brandi Moore, Robyn Lovett, Lemuel Moore, Michael Moore (Lavesca), Toji Jones (Phillip) and Eugene Moore, Jr. (Yolanda); and his siblings, Richard Cook (Angela), Carolyn Cook and Mary Tillman (Ronald). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and a congregation of friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial gifts to the American Kidney Society.
