With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Brenda Elaine Appleton of Riverdale, Georgia, born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on December 20, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Hiram Godsey and Essie Godsey. She is survived by: her sisters, Edy Winslett and Janice Peavy; and her husband Donald Allen Appleton. She is also survived by her family and friends.
