He is survived by: his wife Betty Castleberry; his sister Grace Shrader (Martin); his children, Gary Castleberry (Darlene) and Becky Bolton (Steve); and his grandchildren, D. J. Raymond (Jessica), Josh Raymond (Lauren Ringer), Haley Chambers (Zack) and Kyle Castleberry. He is also survived by his wife, children, and grandchildren.
