He was predeceased by: his father Gerald Richardson of Athens, AL.. He is survived by: his husband Rodney Cartwright; his son Titus Cartwright; his mother Ellen Richardson of Athens, AL; his in-laws, Ronnie and Carla Cartwright of Rising Fawn; his sister Tonya Holmberg of Lexington, AL; and his pets, Chester, Blondie, Echo, Rosa, Fancy, Ginger, Ziggy, Doug and Sammy.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Ryan Funeral Home and Crematory (11415 S Main St, Trenton, GA 30752). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to Dade County High School in his honor.
