J.) and Randy Holt (Haley); his mother Bobbie Holt Barker; his sisters, Elaine Johnston and Terri Shadden (Brian); his nephew Tyler Koewn; his grandson Boyd Lee Hartline III; and the mother of his children Pam Holt. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
