She is survived by: her husband Louis Eugene "PeeWee" Payne; her daughters, Sandy Payne, Charlotte Payne (Paul), Lisa Rice (Sammy), Tina Payne (Jeeter) and Andrea Dee Owens (Robert); her pet Boy; her grandchildren, Sky Bolton, Stormy Robinson (Dane), Michael Lowery and Kolt Owens; and her great grandchildren, Maelee Robinson, Addie Gass, Kalloway Lowery and Banks Lowery.
