He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Leverett and Ida Crisp; his siblings, Jerry Leverett and Kim Rollins; and his great grandchild McKinslie Dabbs.
He is survived by: his wife Sarah Leverett; and his children, Doris Leverett, Pansy Branham (Brian), Jennifer Humphery (Gage) and Nathan Leverett (Erin). He is also survived by three brothers, four sisters, three grandsons, seven granddaughters, one great-grandson, & two great-granddaughters.
