He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael and Catherine (Kluscavage) of McAdoo, Pennsylvania.. He is survived by: his wife Patricia (Norman); his children, Lisa Sibley, Michael (Karen), Alison Coker (Timothy) and Matthew (Christine); and his grandchildren, Forrest, Taft, Jackson, Mary-Corley, Pendleton, Katherine, Elizabeth, Michael and Matthew (Tucker). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
