He is survived by: his wife Valarie Jo Blevins; his children, Xavier, Jacoby, Jonathan, Elijah, Kaylee, Waylon and Tyson; his father Thomas Gregory Blevins, Sr.; his siblings, Thomas "Tommy" Gregory Blevins, Jr. (Sara), Michael Robert Blevins (Brooke) and Marcus Hollenbeck; and his aunts and uncles, Tina Carson, Mike Carson, Toni Mai and Sean McDaniel. He is also survived by several other aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
